GES INC was founded in 2020. However, we have owned and managed multiple business on an individual level for over twenty years. During the pandemic, in order to adapt quickly in an uncertain environment,  it became obvious that everything needed to be brought together under one roof so to speak. Every obstacle in business is a learning opportunity!

We partner with businesses in a minority ownership role and share in the profits of the relationship. In return, they receive the support, direction and resources of experienced business professionals with a direct stake in their success. Owners are passionate, that's their advantage in the market. That drive, combined with our business skills and experience, that is the recipe for success!

We are in a constant search for potential businesses to acquire. We prefer working with owners that want to maintain daily operations but need support or guidance. However, we are always open to buying a business if the potential is there and the price to valuation is reasonable.
